Material Handler (3rd Shift)

We are seeking a dependable GMP Material Handler/Logistics Associate to support distribution and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This position is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-moving environment and is committed to maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficient material flow. Candidates with prior GMP warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners and material handling equipment are encouraged to apply.Type: 6-month contract with potential for extensionLocation: Fremont, CA – OnsiteCompensation: $26–$28/hr + 15% 3rd shift differentialSchedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AMKey ResponsibilitiesPick, package, stage, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment to internal and external destinations using RF scanning equipment and required documentation.Monitor inventory of operational supplies in designated areas and communicate replenishment needs to the team coach.Restock materials as needed to ensure work areas remain properly supplied.Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic housekeeping and light maintenance activities in preparation for internal and external audits.Complete daily cycle counts using RF technology and work with Inventory Control to investigate and correct inventory variances.Qualifications2+ years of prior GMP experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory and material transactions.Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyors, pallet scales, shrink wrappers, and related material handling equipment.Ability to accurately follow SOPs, Work Instructions, safety procedures, and verbal direction.Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Reliable transportation and ability to travel between warehouse locations as needed.Preferred: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.Physical Requirements: Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 40 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs. with assistance.This job description outlines the desired qualifications and responsibilities; not every requirement is necessarily required.
