Job Summary (Neuro ICU RN):- Provide nursing care in a Neuro ICU and Neuro Stepdown unit; may float between both units.- Deliver specialized care to neuro-critical patients in a facility of similar size and trauma level.- Apply neuro-specific nursing skills, including NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) assessments.- Utilize a minimum of 2 years of recent neuro ICU/stepdown experience.- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety regulations.- Ensure candidate profile includes:- Complete work history with no employment gaps over 60 days- Current resume- Neuro ICU Skills Checklist- Valid certification card(s)- Nursys license verification
