Clark/Sullivan Construction is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Sparks (NV) office team. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in organization and precision, and be eager to grow within a respected construction firm.This is an on-site position (not remote or hybrid).Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Project Managers and field teams by maintaining document control, assisting with financial tracking, and ensuring contractual and compliance documentation is accurate and timely.This position offers the opportunity to cross-train in additional operational areas of the company, building broader exposure and long-term career flexibility within Clark/Sullivan. See below for an overview of key responsibilities:Project & Operations SupportProvide administrative and document control support to Project Managers and field teamsCoordinate preparation and execution of subcontracts and change ordersManage subcontract and change order documentation through ProjectSight and DocuSignAssist with project budget tracking and project setup within ProjectSightMaintain organized project directories and electronic file systemsTrack and manage weekly Certified Payroll reporting through LCP TrackerOversee compliance with Nevada’s Apprenticeship Utilization Act requirementsExecutive Team SupportProvide administrative assistance to members of the executive teamAssist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordinationMaintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive informationGeneral Office & Cross-TrainingSupport office operations including scanning, compiling, and organizing documentationParticipate in cross-training initiatives to support additional operational areas as neededContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environmentQualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or professional office environment preferredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlinesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and reliabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience with Box or other cloud-based file management systemsExperience with Bluebeam preferredMust possess a valid, unrestricted Nevada Driver’s License with no major violations or repeated violations on driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testSalary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 (DOE; commensurate with experience and capabilities)Benefits Include:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with up to 4% employer match15 days PTO plus 8–9 paid holidays (23–24 total paid days annually)Annual performance reviews and discretionary bonusesProfessional development opportunities including training, certifications, and conferencesCompany-sponsored team events and celebrationsWhy Clark/Sullivan?Clark/Sullivan Construction has built its reputation on integrity, accountability, and delivering quality work that strengthens our communities.
