Great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact with a growing, dynamic company.About The OpportunityOpportunity for career growth- move into a business unit or climb the ladder in corporateCompany is growing and stableImpressive work life balanceExcellent benefitsCompetitive salaryCollaborative, friendly environmentEmployees enjoy coming into the officeAmazing close knit team atmosphereResponsibilities Of The Plant ControllerAssist with month end close, quarterly close and year end closeFinancial planning and analysis, treasury, consolidation reporting, financial control accountingAlso working with tax, AP, AROversee BPC reportingOversee AP and ARAssist in preparation of key internal monthly financial reportsManage internal audit and coordinate the external audit and external financial reportingPartner with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve processes to drive effective data analytics and provide recommendations that will enable quality performance management discussions and better decision-making.Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business unitsDemonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperativelyProvide ad hoc reports and analyses as requestedManages small teamPreferred Qualifications5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience Proficient in Excel and technical skills Manufacturing experience required Degree in Accounting (Finance 2nd preference) required CPA PlusClosed the books, managed projects FP&A, Inventory Management, Internal Controls Audit Financial Presentation w/in PPT, ability to communicate results and forecasting to Executive LeadershipSalary range: $120,000-$150,000#INMAY2026
