The Assistant Event Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to represent the Cousins Maine Lobster brand. They will serve as the Front of Truck Experience Lead, whose responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating events, communicating with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting logistics for our food truck and event-based operations. This role may also include assisting with sales efforts to expand our presence and partnerships within the community.QualificationsEvent Planning and Event Management skills for scheduling, organizing, and executing successful eventsExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients and provide an outstanding experienceExperience in Sales and relationship building to foster partnerships and grow the brand's event presenceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstancesPassion for food and hospitality is a plusAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events occur
