Data Analyst
Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading, PE-backed Real Estate services firm who are seeking a Data Science Analyst to join their platform. The role will focus on developing reliable data processes, integrating data from multiple systems, and delivering high-quality datasets for reporting and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes across operational, financial, and property-management systems.Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to create accurate, structured, and accessible datasets.Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, automated reports, and dashboards to support portfolio performance analysis.Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and implement controls to improve the accuracy and reliability of reporting.Work with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable analytical solutions.Required Experience2-5 years in a Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar role within multi-site Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related sector.Must be based in Eastern or Central Time. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data transformation techniques, with experience using tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, or similar.Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, relational databases, and data-quality processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into reliable data solutions.
