This role provides technical leadership and oversight for engineering teams while ensuring engineering assignments are effectively planned, organized, and executed in support of project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise engineering activities across multiple disciplines on assigned projects or designated project segments.Plan, coordinate, and direct engineering assignments and project tasks to ensure successful project execution.Provide technical leadership in interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating engineering work.Oversee engineering personnel and ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support effective engineering planning and implementation.Support the integration of engineering activities with other project functions, including design, field engineering, and project execution.Required Knowledge and ExperienceExperience supervising engineering activities within project environments.Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, project execution, and technical coordination across multiple disciplines.Experience managing or supporting engineering work in large industrial plants, utilities, process plants, or engineering and construction organizations.Demonstrated ability to organize and direct engineering work while maintaining technical quality and project alignment.Experience in project design engineering, startup engineering, field engineering, or plant operations environments.Minimum QualificationsDegree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.Additional specialized coursework in general engineering, architectural design, or a related engineering discipline3 years of progressive professional experience, including supervisory responsibilities.What We Offer:Pay Depending on ExperienceExcellent working environmentTeam building and bonding eventsGenerous benefits packageVeteran Support - Military Leave ProgramBGI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
