You’ll monitor equipment, adjust settings, and work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure every fry meets our high standards. When you choose a career with us, every day is fry-day!Job DescriptionOperate and adjust processing equipment to maintain smooth line flow and product qualityMonitor waste levels, blend rates, and product consistency using process control systemsStart, stop, and sequence equipment for cut changes, downtime, and emergenciesPerform water system operations to maintain quality and minimize usageCommunicate with QA, maintenance, and leadership to ensure optimal performanceConduct quality checks (peel loss, salinity, grid checks) and enter data into QA systemsMaintain sanitary conditions and support weekend cleanups and sanitation dutiesOwn equipment from even-flow bins through fryers and freeze tunnelsFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEParticipate in safety programs and demonstrate leadership in plant safety cultureBasic & Preferred Qualifications✔️ High school diploma or GED preferred✔️ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules✔️ Comfortable using computers, touchscreens (HMI), and 2-way radios✔️ Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)✔️ Willingness to complete required training (Sanitation, Lock-out/Tag-out)✔️ Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)✔️ Understanding of safe lifting techniques and chemical handlingPreferred: Experience in food processing or manufacturingPreferred: Familiarity with optical sorters, LADRES, or similar equipmentPreferred: A proactive mindset and attention to detailIndustry-Competitive BenefitsCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
