Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications
Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management
Support backup and disaster recovery processes
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, and configurations
Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to support business operations
Follow and help improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed
Requirements Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree and 4-7 years experience
