Deve garantir as condies de bem-estar e sade do pessoal embarcado e atuar ativamente na multiplicao das normas de HSE.Responsabilidades e atribuies:Atualizar-se continuamente sobre procedimentos da empresa, promovendo melhorias nas operaes, bem-estar e segurana a bordo.Executar atividades conforme procedimentos, polticas e valores corporativos.Identificar, reportar e registrar condies ou processos inseguros nos sistemas da empresa.Garantir bem-estar e segurana nas operaes, adotando medidas preventivas e corretivas.Atuar na sade do efetivo embarcado conforme orientao mdica, incluindo administrao de medicamentos, monitoramento de sinais vitais e primeiros socorros.Manter cadastro ambulatorial atualizado.Controlar estoque e armazenamento de materiais e medicamentos.Fiscalizar alimentos e condies de higiene da embarcao.Realizar briefing de segurana em embarques iniciais ou para pblico externo tripulao.Registrar e notificar acidentes e doenas em interface com equipe mdica e cliente.Acionar e coordenar transporte emergencial, garantindo atendimento adequado.Possuir habilitao desejvel para operaes com helicpteros (pouso e decolagem).Integrar a equipe EMCIA, atuando conforme demanda da equipe de bordo.Executar atividades de apoio conforme orientao da liderana.Atuar tambm em paradas de manuteno e docagem.Gerenciar vencimento de ASOs, garantindo validade e agendamento de exames.Contribuir para cultura de HSEQ, assegurando conformidade com prticas e normas, incluindo: reporte de eventos e observaes de segurana; registro de no conformidades; comunicao de riscos e condies inseguras liderana.Contribuir para cultura tica, garantindo aderncia ao Cdigo de Conduta.What experience would we like you to have?
