With over 100 years of history, the business is known for its exceptionally long employee tenure, relationship‑driven culture, and deliberate, long‑term approach to building both its people and the organization.Your new roleDue to growth, this newly created position is for a senior HR operations professional focusing on payroll administration, benefits, leave management, and HR compliance, working closely with finance and an established in‑house payroll team. The role owns the HR side of payroll and benefits, across union and non‑union environments, while providing end‑to‑end benefits oversight, acting as the primary HR contact for pay and benefits queries, and maintaining accurate HR data.What you will need to succeed10-12+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong HR operations and benefits focusMust have experience in union and non‑union environments.Comfortable partnering closely with Finance or Accounting leadershipConstruction or industrial sector experience is highly advantageous.Confident, credible, and able to operate effectively within a long‑tenured workforceWilling and able to work onsite five days per week in Elmont, Long Island, NYWhat you will get in returnYou’ll be joining a stable, well‑respected, family‑run business with a strong, relationship‑driven culture, minimal turnover, and real scope for long‑term career growth as the organization continues to expand.
