Qualifications include: High -end sales skills: you can expect to help customers who are looking for a mother of bride dress, guest of a wedding attire, and also just an everyday outfit Ability to learn: our sales specialists are knowledgeable in our 100+ designers (and their colors, styles, lead times), our ability to customize, and fashion recommendations Understanding how to properly match customer attributes with inventory available Ability to build relationships Strong organizational skills Ability to help in all store tasks including creating new merchandise displays Saturdays required Helen Ainson is an award-winning women’s clothing boutique in Darien, CT that is a destination for special occasion gowns, mother of the bride, guest of the wedding, as well as fun casual clothing.
