Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities include working directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy plans, conducting one-on-one behavioral interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting with programming under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The technician will collaborate with families and caregivers, providing support and guidance to promote skill development and positive behavioral outcomes. Professional development and ongoing training are provided to ensure success in the role. Qualifications Strong understanding of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis principlesExperience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and basic knowledge in PsychologyExcellent Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams, families, and caregiversAn eagerness to learn and implement evidence-based strategies through training and supervisionHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred)Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plusAbility to obtain and maintain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationCompassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor
