Company DescriptionEven Platforms is building a fully automated 5-axis machining center to serve Aerospace & Defense customers. We’re not a traditional machine shop. Our facilities center on 5-axis CNC milling with pallet loaders and robot-on-rails for material handling, backed by a software stack that automates back-office operations. Every part we produce goes through a CMM to guarantee quality. We’re building our first full shop from the ground up.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer with experience working with Aerospace & Defense parts. This person knows what it means to program tight-tolerance components in world class machines. You’ll own the full programming workflow: from interpreting engineering drawings to developing toolpaths, proving out programs, and optimizing for lights-out production. This is a ground-floor role with direct influence over how our shop runs and evolves.QualificationsProgramming•       Develop 5-axis CAM programs for complex aerospace components using high-end CAM software (Hypermill, Mastercam, NX, or equivalent) with pallet loader integration•       Translate engineering drawings and models into toolpaths, select cutting tools, choose fixturing strategies to maximize speed and quality•       Receive distilled CMM reports and flow through adjustments to improve part quality•       Integrate probing routines, tool life management, and in-process gauging into production workflows to ensure GD&T requirements and AS9100 standards•       Maintain programming documentation, revision control, and setup sheetsProcess Development•       Establish tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters for aerospace materials including aluminum, titanium, and Inconel•       Work closely with machinists to refine programs based on shop-floor feedback•       Ability to identify automation opportunities in workflows
