AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML EngineerLocation: United States (Onsite / Hybrid based on client requirements)Employment Type: W2 · Full-time Only (No C2C)Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC Only (Must be able to share passport details for submission)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.Build and optimize machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.Develop data pipelines and prepare large datasets for model training and evaluation.Implement and integrate Generative AI, NLP, and LLM-based solutions.Develop AI-powered APIs and integrate ML models into production applications.Perform model training, validation, tuning, and performance optimization.Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product teams.Monitor deployed models and improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering and ML best practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.Required Skills & Experience:6–10 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.Strong knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and production ML applications.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with ML pipelines, MLOps, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.Strong understanding of statistics, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI platforms.Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and embeddings.Experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native AI deployments.Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms.Exposure to Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or advanced NLP applications.Experience working in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or other enterprise domains.About Precision Technologies Corp (PTC):Precision Technologies Corp (PTC) is a leading E-Verified IT and Business Consulting firm headquartered in New Jersey and recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for rapid growth.
