Project Manager/Construction $150-160K/Travel

Executive Search Placement is partnering with one of the nation's most respected and recognized general contractors - a firm that has built some of the most recognized resorts, stadiums, and infrastructure projects in the country - to identify a Project Manager for an active Casino/lodging project in Pocola, Oklahoma. If you have led similar projects from contract execution through close-out and are open to working outside of Nevada for a couple of years – this is a great opportunity.Regarding the travel: Company-paid housing provided and monthly travel home to Las Vegas covered for the duration of the project. Upon project completion, you’ll work back in Las Vegas or possibly an alternative major city – if that is your preference.Compensation Range - $150-160+/Negotiable per years of experience*Candidates with lodging and casino project experience will be given first consideration.The Opportunity:This is a field-based project leadership role with full ownership of the client/owner relationship, subcontractor management, schedule, cost controls, and safety compliance.
