We don't just move boxes — we build trust, partnerships, and long-term relationships.We're growing fast in DFW and looking for a Business Development & Sales Representative whose main mission is simple:What This Role Is AboutThis role is not about sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.You will:Generate new business through relationships, networking, and outreachBuild partnerships.Be the face of Pink Zebra in the communityCreate referral pipelines that drive consistent revenueIf you're motivated by results, relationships, and growth — this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong referral relationshipsAttend networking events, chamber meetings, and community eventsFollow up with leads and convert them into booked movesCollaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experienceTrack activity and results (we care about performance, not micromanagement)What We're Looking ForStrong communication and people skillsComfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and face-to-face networkingSales mindset: ownership, urgency, and accountabilitySelf-starter who doesn't need to be pushedProfessional, confident, and relationship-orientedBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredSales or business development experience is preferred — but hunger and coachability matter more than a resume.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
