Driver/Operator

Company provides housing and transportation from SD for employees. Duties: - Operate a variety of heavy equipment including bore machine, skid steer, dozer, plow, trencher, hydrovac, backhoe and excavator. - Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Transport materials or equipment to and from job sites as needed. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: - Valid Class A Interstate CDL driver's license with a clean driving record OR willing to obtain an Interstate CDL and have a clean driving record - Proven experience operating heavy equipment including bore machine, skid steer, dozer, plow, trencher, hydrovac, backhoe and excavator. - Hand dig when necessary. - Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines for operating heavy equipment. - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. - Physical stamina, ability to lift 75 pounds and ability to work in various weather conditions. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
