Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. The Charge performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.RequiredExperience: 18 months comparable nursing practice experience.RequiredEducation: BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion.
