Technical Project Manager - (M365/Azure)

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Dallas, TXDuration: Contract, 31-week engagementCMK Resources is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a top-tier partner supporting a large enterprise client. This role will lead a complex Microsoft 365 and Azure migration initiative and serve as the central point of coordination across multiple technical workstreams.This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor, driving execution, alignment, and delivery in a structured, enterprise environment with zero tolerance for disruption.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase Microsoft 365 and Azure migration programServe as the central voice across the program, ensuring alignment across all technical teams and stakeholdersManage planning and execution across all migration phases including remediation, POC, and structured migration wavesDrive Proof of Concept validation including tooling validation, testing, and Go or No-Go decision supportCoordinate multiple concurrent workstreams including:Exchange and mail flowSharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsEndpoint management and IntuneTeams VoicePower Platform and Azure DevOpsAzure subscription transition and rebuildDevelop and manage detailed runbooks including cutover, rollback, coexistence, and validation strategiesEstablish and maintain project governance including executive reporting, RAID logs, decision tracking, and stakeholder communicationLead cutover execution and post-migration hypercare activitiesIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints across identity, compliance, integrations, and voice systemsAct as a liaison and trusted advisor, helping guide the client through the migration and aligning on overall visionQualifications:8+ years of technical project or program management experienceProven experience leading enterprise cloud or M365 migration programsStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsExperience managing multiple workstreams in complex, structured environmentsStrong governance experience including RAID logs, executive reporting, and stakeholder managementExposure to collaboration platforms such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePointExperience with identity and security concepts including Entra ID, RBAC, or Conditional Access is a plusExperience in regulated environments such as financial services is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
