Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears Create and maintain routings, work instructions, and process documentation Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance process capability Support new product introduction from engineering release through production Collaborate with Quality to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions Troubleshoot machining and heat treat issues related to gear geometry and performance Analyze tooling performance and recommend improvements Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma methodologies preferred) Work closely with Production to ensure process stability and repeatability Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and customer specifications For more information or to apply directly, contact Alana at alana.seddon@gogpac.com...Process Engineer, Engineer, Staffing, Process
