Program Specialist (Part-Time) – Elder Services

The Town is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-focused individual to serve as a Part-Time Program Specialist within the Elder Services Department. Under the direction of the Director of Elder Services, this position assists with coordinating social, recreational, wellness, and special events that support and enhance the lives of older adults in the community.This public-facing role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while engaging positively with seniors, residents, and community partners.Schedule: Approximately 19 hours per week, generally Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with occasional evening hours for special events.Starting Rate: $22.34/hour Full Salary Range: $22.34 – $30.60/hourRelated experience in senior services, recreation, human services, or administrative support preferred.How to Apply:Send your résumé and cover letter to jobs@uptonma.gov.
