Client Support Coordinator
DiVinci Painters in Highland Park, Illinois, is excited to announce an opening for a Client Support Coordinator. DiVinci Painters is one of the leading residential and commercial painting companies on the North Shore. This job involves supporting several of our Sales/Project Management Team members, as well as answering phones and greeting guests. The environment is very fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the client's expectations. Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.Provides facts and details when conveying information. Thoroughly reviews information for accuracy and consistency. Addresses problems in a timely manner.Experience working in the trades (i.e., painting or construction) or in an administrative support role is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication (both verbally and in writing) and people skills - fluency in Spanish a plus.
