This role is responsible for overseeing tooling processes, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Supervise tooling technicians and coordinate daily workloadEnsure proper maintenance, repair, and readiness of molds, dies, and tooling equipmentTroubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiencyCollaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvementsMaintain compliance with safety and quality standardsTrack tooling performance and implement preventive maintenance programsQualifications:4+ years of experience in tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing supervisionStrong knowledge of molds, dies, or precision tooling systemsExperience in regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) preferredProven leadership and problem-solving skills
