Looking for PhysiciansPMR Healthcare wants to add motivated, experienced Family Practice Physicians to our medical staff.As an employee of PMR Healthcare you will be working in a multispecialty medical clinic environment. The clinic provides primary care, occupational, emergency medicine to our client's employees and their families.You will work under the guidance of PMR Corporate, assigned to your own tasks and responsibilities. Those tasks revolve around treating patients, answering their questions and promoting all aspects of said clinic.Requirements Current Idaho license with a clean malpractice history. Clinicians with at least 3+ years experience in their field of expertise are preferred. Computer competency required, including MS Office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform duties with little supervision. Desire to continue training and professional development. Experience with Athena EMR is a plus. Knowledge of clinic dispensation of medications. Customer service oriented. Ability to translate contractual obligations to office SOPDesired Skills and Qualifications Good team player. Work effectively as part of a medical team. Understand the chain of command: who to go to, how to ask questions, how to inform others, and how to address issues.Organizational Skills. Possess excellent verbal and written communication capability with both the patients and management. Understand how to create a confidential, safe and effective environment for the patient, the clinic and the company as a whole. Understand clinic organization, scheduling and professionalism.Interpersonal Skills. Good at answering patient questions and addressing their concerns. Has good bedside manner and patient/customer focused approached. Promote good healthcare and maintenance with all patients and the staff.Professional Experience. Has experience with medical clinic environment, multi-tasking and administering medication.
