In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Park Place wants to hear from you!Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicenseAt least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not requiredDirectly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient careConduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shiftProvide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family membersEnsure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelinesOther duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or AdministratorRegistered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedules & Benefits:Schedule: 3pm-11pm with One Weekend per Month ON CALLDaily Pay OptionHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancementComplete Care at Park Place is an equal opportunity employer.
