We view AI as an enhancement to professional judgment, not a replacement for it.We are also a firm that does not default to the traditional billable-hour model. We believe many clients are better served through thoughtful scopes of work, fixed-fee arrangements, phased engagements, project-based pricing, and other alternative fee arrangements that promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
