Service Parts Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesStage parts for service repair orders for technicians Deliver parts to technicians in a timely and organized manner Assist the service and parts departments with daily workflow Verify part numbers and quantities before distributing parts Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts warehouse Assist with stocking, inventory organization, and receiving parts shipments Communicate with parts advisors and technicians to ensure accurate parts delivery Return unused parts and update inventory as needed Help maintain efficient parts flow between the service and parts departments QualificationsPrevious automotive parts or dealership experience preferred but not required Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Good communication skills with technicians and parts staff Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed Basic computer skills are helpful RequirementsValid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move parts up to 75 lbsFrequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching are required throughout the day Comfortable working in a warehouse or service department environment Why Join Our TeamOpportunity to grow within the dealership Stable, full-time position Work alongside experienced automotive professionals Career development opportunities within parts and service departments Salary DescriptionUp to $20.00 Per Hour
