This individual will be responsible for managing, securing, supporting, and optimizing PostgreSQL databases that serve a global workforce. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 production support for mission-critical systems, as well as driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability across database operations.Qualifications:Technical Expertise5+ Years of Strong experience with PostgreSQL administration in production environments.5+ Years of Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically RDS for PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Aurora.Proven track record in production support, including on-call responsibilities.Experience with database monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting tools.Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, and HA/DR strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.Effective communicator and collaborator across technical teams.Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellenceExperience with SQL and NoSQL data platform deployments and managementPreferred Certifications in AWS
