Located in Stroudsburg, PA, we are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to the continued magic of Akiba.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Tennis Coach specialist at Camp Akiba, located in Stroudsburg, PA. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for designing and leading engaging tennis lessons, coaching campers in groups and individual sessions, and fostering skills in both beginners and advanced players. They will also maintain equipment, ensure a safe environment, and promote values of sportsmanship and teamwork. This person will also be overseeing and scheduling private lessons.The role involves working closely with campers, colleagues, and parents to deliver a positive and memorable experience.QualificationsSkills in Tennis Instruction and general Tennis expertiseStrong Communication and Customer Service abilitiesExperience in Training and mentoring individuals or groupsAbility to work collaboratively with a team in an active, outdoor settingPassion for working with youth and fostering a love for sportsPrior experience in a summer camp environment is a plusCPR and First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain certification
