Hybrid Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician (Level 2)
Our client is seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality IT support to employees in a large organization, ensuring smooth operation of devices, systems, and software. This is an onsite role based in New York City, NY.Starting at $35/hour.Level 2 Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities:Provide Tier 2 support for Windows-based desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a 2,000+ user environmentTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Multi-Factor Authentication, and MDM solutions (MS Intune)Manage and respond to tickets efficiently using the company's ticketing systemCollaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issuesAssist with onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning of usersLevel 2 Desktop Support Technician Qualifications:At least 4 years of professional IT support experience in an enterprise environmentFinancial services experience is a significant plusStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory (on-prem and Azure)Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MS Authenticator) and MDM tools (MS Intune)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
