We practice servant leadership and believe that by focusing on the success of our clients, team members, and partners, we all achieve greater success.Credence has an immediate opening for an Application Development Analyst supporting the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) and Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A35).The Contractor shall serve as a junior analyst and technical contributor supporting the development and delivery of TACApp, a software capability that enables centralized storage, management, and deployment of applications for open architecture Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. This role directly supports the Air Force's transition to software-centric Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO). Specific Support Tasks are as follows:The Contractor shall support coordination with HQ ACC/A35 and the 350 SWW to assist in the development and delivery of TACApp capabilities aligned to EMSO and EW mission requirementsThe Contractor shall assist in the design and development of mission-focused software applications, incorporating UX/UI principles to improve usability and mission effectivenessThe Contractor shall support Agile development activities, including participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development cyclesThe Contractor shall contribute to front-end software development efforts, including development of user interfaces and basic data visualizations under senior guidanceThe Contractor shall conduct user research and data analysis to capture requirements, identify user needs, and support development of functional software solutionsThe Contractor shall apply established development methodologies and tools to support application design, testing, and deploymentThe Contractor shall assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of TACApp functionality to ensure alignment with user requirements and performance expectationsThe Contractor shall support documentation development, including technical documentation, user guides, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessThe Contractor shall assist in analyzing system performance, identifying issues, and supporting process improvement and optimization effortsThe Contractor shall support integration and scaling efforts to expand TACApp capabilities across EW platformsThe Contractor shall contribute to program management activities, including tracking tasks, updating work plans, and supporting deliverable completionRequirementsRequirementsActive Secret security clearance. 0-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year of consulting, technical, or related experienceExperience or familiarity with software development concepts, Agile methodologies, or application development environmentsExposure to front-end development, UX/UI design, or data visualization tools is preferredAbility to analyze data, identify user needs, and support development of technical solutionsExperience supporting program management activities, including task tracking and deliverable developmentStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to contribute to reports and briefingsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior staff in execution of project objectivesWork EnvironmentTravel required: Monthly travel to Eglin AFB (3-5 days)Security requirements: Compliance with all applicable system access, cybersecurity, and training requirements prior to accessing government systemsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
