Senior Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Process Analyst - Go-To-Market Business Excellence. Key Responsibilities Analyze go-to-market workflows to identify inefficiencies and design optimized processes Lead discovery sessions and create detailed process maps to document current and future-state solutions Partner with various teams to ensure process designs align with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP capabilities Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Process Improvement in SaaS or high-growth environments Experience with process mapping, analysis, and design methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Proficiency with enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP platforms Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
