Job Description:Under New Administration & Nurse Management. $10,000.00 Sign On BonusWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN's to join our team at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. The RN will assess residents; health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:Assess residents' health needs and develop and implement care plansMonitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedDocument residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentCommunicate with residents and families to provide education and supportStay up to date with current research and best practices in nursingParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications:Current State License as a Registered NurseMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse, geriatric experience a preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience Bachelors Degree Location:Dubuque, IA
