Lead Tent Installer

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise tent installation crews on job sitesInstall, secure, and dismantle temporary tent structures in accordance with company and industry standardsAssign daily tasks and coordinate manpower and equipment needsEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company safety policiesConduct job site safety briefings and enforce PPE and hazard controlsInspect structures and equipment for quality, stability, and damageCoordinate with project managers, logistics teams, and clients to meet schedulesTrain and mentor new techniciansMaintain accurate job documentation and report incidents or damages immediatelyAssist with material loading, unloading, and transportation as neededSupport additional turnaround logistics tasks as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in tent installation, construction, scaffolding, or temporary structures preferredPrevious leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditionsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesRequired Certifications & Credentials:TWIC card (required)Basic Plus certification (required)Valid driver's license (required)Equal Opportunity Employer
