Known for its collaborative culture and repeat client base, the company offers stability and clear opportunities for career advancement.Job DescriptionOur Superintendent will: Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with retail opening timelinesReview drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accurate and efficient executionDevelop and manage site logistics, sequencing, and short-term schedules to maintain project flowCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to brand standardsMaintain detailed daily reports, weekly schedules, and progress trackingDrive project schedules in fast-paced environments, including night work and accelerated timelines when requiredWork closely with Project Managers, clients, and store representatives to ensure alignment and communicationEnsure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, and proper job site organizationProactively identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays and maintain schedule integrityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
