Job DescriptionJob Summary: Manage manual claims process for entry into warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims.Essential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesDelivers a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently.Enters accurate, valid and complete information for warranty claims.Works with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing.Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Orders entry to provide support to other departments as needed.Assists with any clerical duties.Education And Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Experience working with customer service.
