Construction Manager

Blackfield Associates are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer to support their search for a Construction Manager to join their project based in Indiana on an initial 12-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in overseeing daily site operations and coordination of subcontractors.Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety protocols, and quality standards.Assist in managing site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning.Participate in site inspections, punch list reviews, and resolution of field issues.Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress tracking.Facilitate communication between contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.Assist with review of construction drawings, RFIs, and change orders.Experience RequiredSufficient experience in construction management within pharmaceutical projects.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and safety compliance.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors.Familiarity with GMP construction environments .Proficient in construction documentation and reporting tools.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.
