And through Probate Advance, we enable heirs to access their inheritance without waiting through the lengthy probate process.Together, under the Libra Solutions banner, we support a nationwide network of more than 45,000 attorneys and 10,000 healthcare providers - creating a powerful platform to deliver faster, more seamless outcomes for our customers.The Provider Liaison Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing strong relationships with existing provider partners, working closely with the Provider Account Managers to identify new business opportunities among existing customers, and serving as a point of contact for customer service-related inquiries. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams and support the Provider Account Managers to improve the full customer experience and grow revenue.This is an in-person position that can be based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities: Schedules patients with our facility partnersMonitors and retrieves missing bills, records, liens from our facility partnersDelegates and handles correspondence for internal and external partiesCommunicates daily with our medical facilities to verify that exams were completed and update information in our systemNotify referring parties via email and phone call of any pertinent information regarding the scheduling of their client/patientCommunicates daily with our medical facilities to receive examination resultsUpdates contacts, addresses, modalities, special instructions, and other related information in our systemSupports the Account Managers and Provider Development ExecutivesMaintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulationsPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School or GED required; college degree preferredExperience working with medical providers and attorneys and knowledge of medical terminologyExperience using Salesforce or CRM softwareDemonstrated experience in successfully delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsDemonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholdersStrong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAbility to multitask and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely mannerAbility to perform in a heavy inbound/outbound call environment with strong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of work qualityProficient in MS OfficeMust be able to work in-office at one of our office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Denver, CO, or Charlotte, NCBenefitsWe believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
