Outside Sales Account Manager

Description Bright Future Homes is hiring a Sales Manager in Dallas, TX, to lead and grow our home services sales team. We are looking for a proven sales leader with experience in roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, security, remodeling, windows, water filtration, or another door-to-door/outside sales industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and motivating sales representatives and canvassers while helping the team generate appointments, close deals, and hit revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to lead from the front, build a winning sales culture, and hold a team accountable to daily activity and performance goals. Responsibilities • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives and canvassers in the Dallas market • Lead daily sales meetings, role plays, and field training sessions • Build and execute a local sales strategy for roofing, water filtration, windows, painting, renovations, and other home services • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team • Track appointments, leads, follow-ups, close rates, and revenue performance • Hold team members accountable to activity standards and sales targets • Coach reps on scripts, objections, door approach, follow-up, and closing techniques • Work directly with leadership to improve sales systems, processes, and performance • Help create a strong culture of action, consistency, discipline, and winning • Lead by example in the field when needed • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities Qualifications Proven track record as a top performer in sales with the ability to lead others. • 2+ years of sales experience required • 1+ year of sales management, team lead, or field leadership experience preferred • Experience in home services, roofing, solar, pest control, security, remodeling, windows, water filtration, or outside sales preferred • Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives or canvassers • Strong communication, leadership, and accountability skills • Comfortable managing a team in the field and in-office • Able to track sales activity, pipeline, appointments, close rates, and revenue performance • Goal-oriented, competitive, and results-driven • Reliable transportation required • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States • A consistent top performer in sales
