In addition to tracking inventory, purchasing parts, and communicating with customers on items needed for maintenance and repair work orders/projects, you will be working with other ABCO employees to ensure work is moving along. The major roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Daily use of Excel and other internal systems to update other on parts and monitor and prioritize flow of tracking parts Utilizing the Web to search for items needed/requests Tracking of parts shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers Emial monitoring and communications for updates on tasks ? we are a email heavy company Substantial phone usage for communications with customers/client stores that a part has bene delivered onsite. The individual in this role will also provide support & admin functions to other departments and colleagues as needed.
