A culture committed to community engagement and social impact.Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members once eligibility requirements are met.ResponsibilitiesSupervise Triage nurses and ensure smooth workflowMonitor productivity metrics and staff performance Develop and implement new protocols to enhance efficiencyImplement scorecards to evaluate eligibility for remote workOversee staffing ratios and ensure optimal deployment of resourcesCollaborate with the triage supervisor to manage the complete workflow for biologics referral authorizations and appealsAssist in managing inbasket activities and call queue assignmentsProvide support and guidance to nursing staffCollaborate with HR to address staffing needs and handle any disciplinary actions if necessaryQualificationsCPR CertifiedActive Illinois RN license requiredAt least 3 years of experience in a medical setting such as a doctor's office, hospital or long-term nursing facility.One year of supervisory experience preferred.The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $62,920-$94,380, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
