In this role, you will lead system requirements, functional architecture, integration, and verification activities for Body Electronics systems to ensure end-to-end vehicle capability, reliability, and performance.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including vehicle integration, firmware, electrical, and component development teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead Body Systems and controls for autonomous Robotaxi platforms.Design and define system architecture and technical specifications.Develop system integration and validation test plans for:Lighting SystemsClosuresInstrument ClustersWork closely with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams for integration activities.Ensure subsystem requirements and interfaces are properly implemented.Participate in technical reviews and supplier evaluations.Create:System FMEAsDiagnostics strategiesFault reaction mechanismsLead issue triage activities including:Log analysisCode reviewsHardware investigationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of System Engineering experience in automotive or EV systems.Strong understanding of:ClosuresLightingPassive EntryInstrument ClustersExperience with vehicle electrical architectures and communication protocols:CANLINEthernetKnowledge of:Automotive Diagnostics (UDS)ISO 26262 Functional SafetyStrong experience in system requirements management tools such as:IBM DOORSSiemens PolarionUnderstanding of sensors and actuators for body control systems.Experience with model-based system engineering processes.Preferred / Bonus SkillsExperience with ISO 26262 Functional SafetyAUTOSAR architecture experienceLinux-based embedded systems experienceModel-Based System Design experience
