Utilizing modern, cloud-native platform architecture and robust systems optimization, WeaveGrid's software is built from the ground up to tackle the most critical network challenges while meeting the stringent regulatory, security, and reliability requirements of the utility industry.About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy and execution for the software applications, platform, and integrations that enable our clients and partners to launch, manage, and scale VPP Programs of DERs. You will work directly with a variety of business and technical stakeholders from clients, partners, consumers, and internal teams to define the roadmap for the core enterprise platform. This role is hands-on, leading core enterprise SaaS product management activities from strategic planning and detailed feature scoping to backlog prioritization and GTM enablement.Core ResponsibilitiesTasks include, but are not limited to:Execution & Delivery: drive major portions of the product roadmap for enterprise platform and operational use casesCollect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine product direction and define business requirements, including KPIs and OKRsTranslate complex work into clear written artifacts (short decision memos, weekly updates, slides, stakeholder readouts) that unblock teams and drive alignmentDefine, design, and deliver product features, including seamless integrations with adjacent products and servicesMaintain groomed backlog and roadmap in JiraWork with agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation and implementation of features for new applicationsCoordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirementsMarket Enablement: Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Client Success groupsSupport Client Facing Demonstrations of the productConduct research to identify customer needs and market gapsSupport strategic initiatives and other duties as needed to ensure product successSupport operations and engineering teams as requiredOther duties as assigned About youYou are an outcome-obsessed and data-driven product leader who excels at turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable roadmaps, PRDs, and tickets.
