This is hands-on work that requires focus, quality, and mechanical skill.You’ll:Assemble hydraulic motors and subcomponentsWork from blueprints, work instructions, and specificationsUse hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and measuring devicesInstall seals, bearings, shafts, and other componentsPerform quality checks to make sure parts are built correctlyRecord production and inspection informationHelp maintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for people who are:MUST be mechanically inclinedMUST possess at least 1 -2 year experience in Assembly or manufacturing Comfortable using hand and power toolsExperience reading blueprints or technical drawingsExperience with torque specs, measurements, and precision toolsAble to follow detailed work instructionsQuality-minded and detail-orientedReliable, accountable, and ready to workTeam players with a strong attitude and willingness to learnPreferred ExperienceBasic understanding of mechanical systems or hydraulics is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on manufacturing role. Candidates should be comfortable with:Standing for 8–10 hoursFrequent hand use and repetitive motionLifting and moving parts up to 35 lbs frequentlyReaching, bending, twisting, gripping, and handling tools and components throughout the shift
