We have partnered with a quickly growing ABA focused therapy provider in the Autism and IDD markets. Due to this companies continued expansion the need for a Clinical Director has arisen. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Oversee clinical operations for in-home ABA services across the state of Indiana Ensure staff training & certifications are up to date Provide clinical support & handle escalated matters Conduct performance evaluations To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements: Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board 1+ years experience as a Clinical Director 3+ years experience as a BCBA providing program development & supervising RBTs This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a growing company, this opportunity allows for personal and professional progression.
