Through its core values of innovation, engagement, and health equity, HCPH strives to bring meaningful solutions to public health issues while keeping Harris County health.This is a grant funded position.Position Overview:The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized dietary plans, and providing education on healthy eating habits. The Dietitian will work together with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to incorporate nutritional interventions into the comprehensive patient care plan. The position responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with community partners.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide nutrition counseling and education to individuals and groups, addressing specific health conditions and dietary concerns.
