This role works closely with tenants, senior management, and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently and to the highest standards.What You'll DoOversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day function of a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, including compliance of tenants and vendors Select Vendors: As needed, source and select vendors – negotiating agreements related to their servicesMonitor Execution: Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreementsImprove Efficiency: Identify and analyze opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our operational products or arrangementsDevelop Budgets: Participate in the development of annual operating budgets for a given portfolio of propertiesCollaborate Internally: Maintain frequent in-person interaction with senior management and multiple internal departmentsPrepare Reports: Complete department-specific reports as requiredVisit Sites: Travel periodically to the markets where properties are located for thorough property inspections and to oversee onsite projects as neededSupport Leadership: Assist with special projects as requested by ownership or senior managementWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree requiredPrior experience in commercial property management or a related real estate role preferredStrategic, big-picture thinker who remains highly detail-oriented in executionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyWillingness to take on additional responsibilities as neededCompensation: $65,000-$80,000Excellent Medical and Dental Coverage OptionsHealth Savings account401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and sick daysPaid holidays
