Business Development Coordinator
Business Development CoordinatorMB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Business Development Coordinator! This role directly supports the Business Development Team in achieving the company's inorganic growth goals, reporting to the VP of Business Development under the guidance of the Business Development Data Analyst. This role is responsible for sourcing and maintaining relationships with prospective partners, supporting internal administrative processes, and assisting with maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the company's CRM database. The Coordinator will communicate across the Business Development Team, other departments, and prospective doctor partners to ensure seamless collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who is eager to grow in a workplace widely recognized for professional development and a strong sense of community.

Job Requirements:
Plan, coordinate, and schedule discovery day meetings for prospective dentist partners to include administrative logistical planning with the Headquarters Team
Coordinate and track executive team availability for discovery day scheduling
Lead discovery day tours as directed
Send swag and gifts to prospective doctor partners, and organize swag for in-person site visits
Manage, test, and coordinate the doctor ambassador tracking line assignments on a weekly basis
Conduct market-specific research to identify high-opportunity partner targets within geographies as designated by regional Business Development leadership
Maintain data integrity of prospective partner candidate data in HubSpot, input of leads into CRM, and complete ad hoc data reporting
Perform conflict checks on brokered transactions and buyside submissions through our CRM
Maintain regular check-in communications with the Doctor Ambassador Team to identify issues with top-of-the-funnel lead development efforts, training needs, and internal communication needs
Manage Business Development Team and new partnership information content on the company's intranet
Maintain and organize the Business Development P-Drive resources library
Collect and post daily investment memos for the Business Development Team to review
Aggregate and prepare pipeline materials for the weekly pipeline review meeting
Conduct ad hoc analysis on CRM data
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 1-year experience in a professional environment
Ability to work 40 hours a week at the MB2 main office
Basic familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM databases (like HubSpot or Salesforce)
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage the coordination of multiple meeting schedules
Strong interpersonal skills with both professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think critically and creatively about tasks and perform self-directed research
