This role works closely with senior IT staff to ensure reliable connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments while supporting business applications, including ERP systems such as Infor or VitalEdge.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring, configuring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and firewall systemsSupport user account management (Active Directory, email, VPN access)Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issuesHelp maintain switches, routers, access points, and related equipmentSupport network security initiatives, patching, and vulnerability remediationDocument configurations, procedures, and incident resolutionsProvide Tier 1–2 technical support to end usersAssist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processesQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of IT or networking experience (internships count)Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewallsFamiliarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and Microsoft 365Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plusKnowledge of ERP environments (Infor or VitalEdge) preferredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsLinder Industrial Machinery Company is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
